Booking & Reservations
When should I start planning my golf event?
We generally recommend booking your simulation experience about 2–3 weeks in advance. This ensures we can lock in your date and prepare everything necessary to make your event perfect.
Event Types
What kind of events can you cater to?
We bring the golf experience to weddings, corporate functions, private parties, charity outings, and community events across the Garden State. We customize our setup to match the formality of any gathering.
Space & Setup
What venue requirements are necessary for setup?
Our simulators require a level ground surface and a clear space of 15' x 15' with 10' vertical clearance. We also need access to a dedicated power circuit within 50 feet of the setup location.
Weather
How do you handle inclement weather for outdoor events?
Safety is our priority. If active rain or high winds are forecasted, we can pivot to an indoor setup provided space allows, or work with you to reschedule or provide credit towards a future booking.
The Golf Experience
Can the event experience be customized for beginners?
Yes! We offer various game modes suitable for all skill levels, from arcade-style challenges to championship courses. Our on-site Caddie guides every guest regardless of their golf experience.
Event Day
How early do you arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is set up properly and ready for your first guests. Breakdown takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
Safety & Insurance
Do you provide insurance coverage for the event?
Garden State Golf Co is fully insured. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all corporate and private venues upon request, ensuring safety and professional liability requirements are met.
Pricing
What factors into the cost of my event?
Our pricing is typically based on the duration of play, number of participants, and your event location. We provide transparent, all-inclusive quotes that cover setup, high-end equipment, and professional staffing.
