Welcome to Garden State Golf Company. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of our mobile golf simulator services. By requesting a quote, booking an event, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
 

Booking

Submitting a Request a Quote form does not reserve an event date. Your booking is confirmed only after your quote has been accepted, any required event agreement has been completed, and any required deposit has been received.
 

Pricing

Every event is unique. Pricing is customized based on factors including event location, duration, guest count, requested services, and any additional accommodations. Quotes are subject to change if event details change before booking is confirmed.
 

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your event agreement and may vary depending on the circumstances.
 

Weather

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Garden State Golf Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or suspend services if weather conditions create an unsafe environment for guests or equipment.
 

Site Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a reasonably level setup area with adequate space, overhead clearance, and access to electricity unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
 

Participant Safety

Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by Garden State Golf Company. A participant liability waiver may be required before using the golf simulator.
 

Equipment

All equipment remains the property of Garden State Golf Company. Clients may be responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse, vandalism, or reckless conduct.
 

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested before the event, Garden State Golf Company may photograph or record portions of events for promotional and marketing purposes.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Garden State Golf Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
